当社は、2019年5月13日開催の取締役会において、代表取締役の異動および役員人事を内定いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。  
尚、本件は、2019年6月25日開催予定の第86回定時株主総会およびその後に開催予定の取締役会にて正式に決定する予定です。
